Legal company structure
The Sparinvest Group consists of the parent company Sparinvest Holdings SE and the three wholly owned subsidiaries: Sparinvest Fondsmæglerselskab A/S (Sparinvest Asset Management A/S) (Denmark), ID-Sparinvest A/S (Denmark) and Sparinvest S.A. (Luxembourg). Furthermore, the Group owns 70 % of Sparinvest Property Investors A/S (Denmark).
There are more than 150 employees in the Sparinvest Group – divided among Sparinvest’s offices in Denmark, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Austria, Netherlands and Sweden.
Sparinvest Holding SE
The Group’s mother company heads the marketing activities aimed at creating interest for the mutual funds of Sparinvest. The company is also responsible for administering and developing IT and it manages and coordinates activities within the Group.
Sparinvest S.A.
Sparinvest S.A. located in Luxembourg is responsible for the group’s international distribution and marketing and carries out asset management and advice for institutional investors and acts as management company (UCITS III) for the Luxembourg registered funds.
ID-Sparinvest A/S
ID-Sparinvest A/S administers the mutual funds and special purpose funds for the Group’s Danish registered funds.
Sparinvest Fondsmæglerselskab A/S (Sparinvest Asset Management A/S)
Sparinvest Fondsmæglerselskab A/S carries out portfolio management for financial institutions, pension funds etc. and advises investment funds, special purpose funds and public corporations.
Sparinvest Property Investors A/S
Sparinvest Property Investors A/S invests in real estate worldwide and advises institutional investors on real estate investments.
